interesting
so apparently, according to MSN and their reporters, my job is considered to be one of the top dirtiest and unwanted jobs. Who'da thunk it?

random update
So, I just realized that I haven't updated this thingy in a while (thanks wibif for the reminder).
anyways, I guess life's been pretty boring and I haven't really had anything to write about in particular. Well, here's a run down of my week in a nut shell: I wake up around 7:45, take a shower, go to classes, finish around 5-6, go to dinner, "relax", go to work, get to bed and not get enough sleep, repeat 5x.
I guess there are a few things that happened this week. I had a Wind Ensemble concert Friday night (which was weird because they're always on Saturday nights) It went alright, I've done better and was actually kinda disappointed in how I did, but it happens.
I've still got a problem with my ear, which has been bothering me for over a week now and can't hear well out of my left ear (which wibif thinks is great...) I'm hoping and praying that it will go away soon, otherwise I think I'm gonna go back to the Doctor again.
Other than those 2 things, my life's been pretty dull. I think the only way I manage to get through it is with the help of my friends. I know I say it a lot, but they're amazing and always there for me, and I love them all to death.
Well, if I think of more interesting things that have happened, I'll edit this post, otherwise, I'll write again in a week or so

Are people dumb?
How many people can say that they have at one point or another said the general sweeping statement "people are dumb"? well. I know that I have, on multiple occasions. Well, more recently I've tried to be nicer and keep the idea of "innocent until proven guilty" when it comes to peoples intelligence. Well, last night as I was working, there was a guy who didn't even give me the chance to even think that he may have had some brains.
I was running all my hoses and such so that I could get started on cleaning the carpets and this guy pulls up to the Friendlys (mind you, this is 12:15 at night) He then decides to walk right in while talking to his girlfriend on the phone and looks through the ice cream case and then just stands there. I'm a little distracted because I just want to get done and get home and it's not the 1st time someone's walked in (some people come to clean up or w/e) As he's standing there completely oblivious, he realizes I'm there and asks if anyone is working. Of course, I tell him, no, they close at midnight. So he says a few choice words and walks out...
ok, lets think about this, you drive up to a Friendly's, all of the outside lights are off and the OPEN sign is off. THEN, there's a carpet cleaning van parked parallel to the door with hoses running inside. Even then, you walk inside and there's no one there. Do you think that they're open?!?!?!
Lets just say, he busted my myth of everyone has some intelligence...
